Dial-up Reseller Program

Note that all resellers (hosting or otherwise) are eligible to resell our Dial-up accounts at the same wholesale rate. Our Dial-up Reseller Programs are for resellers who are only interested in low cost wholesale Dial-up without having to pay extra for hosting customers. This no frills program has either very low or no reseller fees. You pay from $5.00 to $6.50/mo plus a one time $5 setup fee for each Dial-up account you purchase. You can review our Dial-up rate scale to calculate your exact wholesale rate. You can also get our limited 40 hour per month accounts for only $5 to $6/mo. And you can add our Dial-up accelerator to any of our Dial-up accounts for an additional $2/mo. Most ISPs are adding $3 to $5 per month for accelerated Dial-up accounts.

There are also 3, 6, 12 and 24 month pre-payment plans available to lower your wholesale cost to as little as $6/mo for unlimited accounts by awarding you discounts of 10, 15, 20 and 25%. Get your own domain name (yourname.com) for only $10 per year or free with our 'Plus" program.

You and your customers can also contact us thru our sophisticated online chat program by pressing a button placed on the anonymous customer service website or by sending an e-mail to support to generate a trouble ticket. And as one of our valuable resellers, you'll also have 24 hour toll free phone support for yourself and 24hr trouble ticket / email support is available directly to your customers for only 75 cents per customer or your own toll free phone support for only $1.25 per customer.

All resellers selling Dial-up will also receive their own Reseller Dial-up Control Panel. This CP allows you to directly activate and delete Dial-up accounts as well as modify their passwords, monitor usage and seek local access numbers. Note that this CP is used for activating Dial-up accounts only! It does not effect hosting or email accounts even if they are part of a Dial-up account. The H-Sphere CP is used for hosting & e-mail.

There are 3 Dial-up Reseller Programs.

1).The Dial-up Reseller Only offers nothing but a Dial-up connection. Both programs feature our LIMITED, UNLIMITED and ACCELERATED Dial-up accounts. You set the price and the customer makes the choice. There are no reseller fees but you'll be billed for a minimum of 5 Dial-up accounts per month after 3 months. This is a very low minimum amounting to $33.50/mo. This program is Dial-up only and does not include website hosting or e-mail accounts for your customers. This program also offers the reseller a 100 meg domain plus free e-mail accounts for your reseller website. A $25 setup fee is required for resellers with less than 10 pre-existing Dial-up customers.

2). The Dial-up Reseller Plus runs $25/mo (no setup fee), and offers all of the above plus it gives you a  cPanel/WHM reseller control panel. This CP allows your customers to signup automatically online and the CP will assist you in automatically billing your customers and generating trouble tickets for their support requests. It can integrate with your merchant account to accept credit cards directly or thru other programs like PayPal and 2CheckOut.com. This means that the CP will accept the online info from the customer as well as bill, charge and update their accounts automatically. All you need to do is activate your customers Dial-up account via your own online Dial-up control panel. Or you can forward the needed info to us and we'll activate the Dial-up accounts for you. We'll only need the preferred username, password, city/state and area code where customer will be using their Dial-up account. After receiving this info we will choose the best network to place your customer on, activate the account and send you a confirmation e-mail with the logins. This program also offers the reseller a 100 meg domain plus free e-mail accounts for your reseller website. We will also give all of your Dial-up customers  free email accounts and free website space with the use of our RVSiteBuilder to build their website/s. Also free email support for all of your customers. Toll free phone support for only 75 cents per customer.

3). The Dial-up Reseller Plus Email runs $10/mo, and offers all of the above except for complimentary hosting. Instead, your customers will only receive complimentary email. If complimentary hosting is not needed you'll save $15 per month with this plan. And remember, the $10 or $25 monthly reseller fee is not per customer. You pay only $10 per month to give all of your customers complimentary email. Your only per customer rate is the Dial-up rate which has a maximum of $6.50 per customer. A $25 setup fee is required for resellers with less than 10 pre-existing Dial-up customers.

Don't Have A Merchant Account? (For our resellers only!)

As a SiteDoctors.net reseller, you can utilize our merchant account for a small per transaction fee and start accepting credit card payments directly thru your control panel. This allows your customers to signup and pay online, while the CP auto creates their accounts and billing. With no setup, statement and other fees, even the smallest reseller can afford this method.
